ETHIOPIA — THE BIRTHPLACE OF COFFEE

Coffee's story begins in Ethiopia.

Across Ethiopia's highlands, coffee has been cultivated for generations in landscapes shaped by altitude, climate, soil, and tradition. These diverse growing
environments give Ethiopian coffee its remarkable range of aromas, flavors, and
character.

At Ethio Roast House, we celebrate the individuality of these origins. From
the balanced sweetness of Sidama and the vibrant fruit character of Guji,
to the floral elegance of Yirgacheffe and the rich complexity of Limmu,
each region tells a different story through the cup.

We roast with intention to preserve and highlight what makes each origin
distinctive — connecting Ethiopia's coffee heritage with every cup we serve.
